Spritual Sexuality. Sacred Intimacy.

Can “sexuality” and “spiritual” truly coexist in the same sentence? The answer is yes, and perhaps a MUST these days.

Spiritual Sexuality is Sacred Intimacy.

It is about connection.

Deep Connection.

A connection soul to soul, skin to skin, breath with breath.

We all yearn to be deeply connected. It reminds us of home. By “home,” I mean the relationship with an energy much greater and profound and blissful than our physical, three dimensional earthly selves can ever imagine. It is the relationship to spirit, to ultimate LOVE itself.

We get into relationships to re-member what this Cosmic LOVE feels like, that’s why we want and yearn and desire to connect physically and emotionally to another. We learn a great deal about our true nature, in relationship to another.

Unfortunately, we humans also experience the baggage that we haven’t unpacked over lifetimes.

We project our expectations, attachments, fears, and resistance onto those we choose to love. At this frequency, we still have to learn the karmic lessons of rejection, insecurity, control and worthiness.  We have to remember that our painful relationships are direct results of our inner feelings of unworthiness, fear and rejection. The greater our fears, the more we project shame and blame onto others, the more we separate. This leads us to the war of the sexes, a collective energy playing out right now.

At a higher frequency, we can learn to let go of attachments, be flexible, forgive others, forgive ourselves, be grateful, and always act with love so that to our partners can grow and find their path upward too.

Sexual intimacy, at its most potent and exalted state, is the co-mingling of two souls on a journey to awaken to Absolute Truth, the truth that we are all one with spirit, or LOVE.

Spiritual Sexuality attracts us to a resonating being. Our skin on skin contact ignites our outer senses so that we can tap into our subtle senses to merge essence to essence.

In this soul to soul dance, we become increasingly present to the life force energies until the moment we surrender to bliss. This is a bliss of Unconditional Love that can be used to create magic, move mountains, inspire miracles, heal and serve the planet.

This Sacred Intimacy is a connection that is respectful, compassionate, and exalted in the heavens. It brings us closer to Sacred Love, which is the type of love that the Universe intended for us all to experience, allowing us to integrate our most elevated attributes of our inner masculine and feminine energies. This type of love includes wholeness, unity, flexibility and freedom. We have harmony within, which attracts and radiates love. With this type of energy floating around, we find our soul families, our soul companions, our cosmic connections.

Spiritual Sexuality and Sacred Intimacy, then, starts with the integration of you; your most magnificent, radiant, harmonious you. Is this something you want too?
