The Love Trinity
Love is a verb and love is the most divine action in the universe. Love cannot become a noun unless we stop searching for it and become love in the flesh and soul. How we come back home to love is by understanding what I call the Love Trinity. The Love Trinity consist of Self-Love, Unconditional Love and Intimate love. It helps us understand how to satiate our need for fulfillment, wholeness, and excitement.
Self-love is honoring the self on a physical, emotional, psychological, intellectual, and spiritual level. It involves forgiveness and learning from our past. It is about knowing that you are more than enough, so you have overflowing amounts of love to share. It is abundance mentality. It is beauty. It is truth. It is power. This love teaches us that the source of love is from within. This love is embodied.
Unconditional love is the love of life, and all that life has to offer. It is the love of All That Is. It exists at the physical, emotional, energetic and astral planes. Through unconditional love we learn that we are always surrounded by love and have the power to heal through love. This love is spiritual.
Intimate Love includes the flow and exchange of healthy passion and sex and emotions and desires, all at the same time. It requires the mirror of partnership. In partnership, we see our own reflections, our deepest wounds and our highest emotions. This love helps us to know the deep bonds of true intimacy. This love is soulfully mindful.
In order for us to feel fulfilled in love, we must integrate each part of the Love Trinity. Creating, calling in, and experiencing lasting soulmate kind of love happens when you love your whole self. It is impossible to love your whole self if you don’t practice unconditional love. You can’t test the resiliency of your self-love or your unconditional love without romantic love. This is why understanding the many personas within and calling out the archetypal realms for guidance and becoming Love (with a capital L) is so important. Love can always evolve in our current relationships, we can absolutely call in a lover at the highest frequency, and we can get to that point where we love everything around us to become one with everything.
